Description
1 Overview
SIT8993 has built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit to monitor voltage, current and temperature to ensure pack safety.
In addition, SIT8993 has a 0V charging function to increase the service life of the pack.

Hysteresis voltage: 0-350mV
Over-discharge protection voltage V UV: 2.0V-3.1V (Gear 100mV)
Over-discharge protection voltage accuracy: ±80mV
Over-discharge protection release hysteresis voltage: 0-1.0V
Discharge overcurrent detection function:
Overcurrent 1 protection voltage V DOC1: 0.025V-0.350V (gear 25mV)
Overcurrent 1 Protection voltage accuracy: ±10mV
Overcurrent 2 protection voltage V DOC2: 2×VDOC1 (50mV gear)
