Description
1 Overview
SIT8997 has built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit to monitor voltage, current and temperature to ensure the safety of the pack. In addition, SIT8997 has a 0V charging function to increase the service life of the pack.
SIT8997 has three working modes: normal mode, sleep mode and shutdown mode. When any battery cell is in a low capacity state,

Over-discharge protection voltage VUV: 2.0V-3.6V (100mV gear)
Over-discharge protection voltage accuracy: ±30mV
Over-discharge protection release hysteresis voltage: 0-1.6V
Discharge overcurrent detection function:
Overcurrent 1 protection voltage VDOC1: 0.025V-0.350V (gear 25mV)
