Description

Overview
TMI4022 has a built-in high-precision voltage detection circuit and delay circuit. It is a protection IC for lithium-ion rechargeable batteries/lithium polymer rechargeable batteries.
TMI4022 is suitable for the protection of overcharge, overdischarge, charge overcurrent, and discharge overcurrent for 2-cell lithium-ion/lithium polymer battery packs used in series.
